Location

The Marina is situated in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, which is regarded as the most successful Waterfront development in the world. Restored wharves, warehouses and quays are packed with shops, cafes and some of Cape Town's best restaurants. It is flanked on one side by the prestigious and Exclusive Cape Grace Hotel and on the other the One & Only, South Africa's first six-star hotelhotel. This hotel, developed by the internationally renowned One and Only Group, has added to the prestige of the V&A basin in the future.

Residents will find the city centre a short walk from the Marina, but may instead choose to take a water taxi down the Marina canal, which extends inland to the entranceway of the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
